Exchanges

At Allen Shoes Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or there was an error in production or shipping, we will be happy to assist with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email at support@allenshoesaccessories.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After this 2-hour window, the order is locked for processing, and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

How to Exchange

  1. Email Us: Please send an email with your order number and details of the issue to our support team.
  2. Review Process: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, we will provide you with a return address to send the item back.
  3. Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing your order, we understand and will do our best to assist you. However, please note that cancellations are subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After this 24-hour window, your order will be locked for processing, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

How to Cancel

  1. Email Us: To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@allenshoesaccessories.com with your order number and details of the change you’d like to make.
  2. Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether it has been successfully processed.

Important Notes

  • Once your new order is placed, our system will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a 100% refund.
  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your order within the eligible timeframe.
