Action Upon Receiving Your DMCA Notice:
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may immediately remove the identified materials from our site, without liability. The claims of the complaining party and the party that originally posted the materials will be referred to the United States Copyright Office for adjudication as outlined in the DMCA.
How to Submit a Counter-Notification:
If you believe that content you posted has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must include:
- Signature – Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the Removed Material – A description of the material that was disabled, and its location before it was removed.
- Good Faith Statement – A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe your material was removed due to a mistake or mis-identification.
- Your Contact Information – Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (if in the United States), or for any judicial district where the site or objectionable material may be found, and that you accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent.
